Ken, has been involved in the exercise, sport, and wellness industry for over ten years. With a wide background ranging from high-performance athletes to strength and balance work for the aging population, Ken is able to provide an enjoyable and effective experience for everyone he works with.

We are backed by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology(CSEP), the gold standard for exercise and fitness professionals. Professional Liability Insurance and Commercial General Liability available policies upon request.
